IPSWICH Witches took to the track for the 2010 season at Foxhall Stadium on Tuesday, March 23, 2010. All the talk was of the newly-shaped track and how it would ride. The devils team rode superbly after that to hold off Risager. Crowd goes mental!!

With just six weeks to the start of the new campaign, the frost is holding up proceedings for now. But much of the track work has been done and Mike captures here a little look at how things are progressing.

Heat 01: Doolan, Poole, Sanchez, Franchetti 52.06 1-5 Line Up: Sanchez, Sedgmen R/R- Franchetti, Doolan, Poole Comments: Franchetti is rider replacement. Super gate by the Ipswich pair out and away. Sanchez not far off entering bend 1 but got filled in falling to the back in the process. He then got passed his team mate on bend 2 lap 2 and caught the witches pair who were team riding out front. For the last lap Sanchez was all over the two witches but they did well to team ride him out. Decent race to start.
